A Kickstarter push to pay for print editions of “Amazing Stories” science fiction magazine has succeeded, reports Steve Davidson, the New Hampshire man who snagged the trademark in 2008 and has been hosting a online version since.
“Just wanted to let you know that the kickstarter funded with 4 minutes to go (two large anonymous contributions)” he wrote me over the weekend, crediting the story I wrote in February about his project for some of the success.
The first issue will be distributed at Worldcon76 in San Jose, California, from Aug. 16-20, he says.
