New Hampshire Electric Co-operative, which this year included broadband internet among the services it aims to provide, has rolled out the service in four small western N.H. towns: Lempster, Clarksville, Colebrook and Stewartstown. Speeds are “up to 1 gigabit” download and upload, which is kind of vague but promising.
