The following federal patents were recently assigned to companies in New Hampshire.

Bauer Hockey, Exeter, has been assigned an ornamental design patent (D750,842) developed by Jacques Durocher, St-Jerome, Canada, for an ornamental design for an “outer shell of a helmet for a hockey or lacrosse player.” The patent application was filed on Feb. 21, 2014 (D/482,756).


Summit Packaging Systems, Manchester, has been assigned an ornamental design patent (D750,492) developed by two co-inventors for an ornamental design for an aerosol spray cap. The co-inventors are Jason C. Campbell, Chicago, and Marcel Faucher, New Boston, N.H.  The patent application was filed on Sept. 29, 2014 (D/503,665).


Summit Packaging Systems, Manchester, has been assigned an ornamental design patent (D750,491) developed by two co-inventors for an ornamental design for a spray cap. The co-inventors are Jason C. Campbell, Chicago, and Marcel Faucher, New Boston, N.H. The patent application was filed on Aug. 15, 2014 (D/499,539).
BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Nashua, has been assigned a patent (9,277,411) developed by six co-inventors for a “method and system to make current wireless radios cognitive using an external sensor and application level messaging.” The co-inventors are Apurva N. Mody, Chelmsford, Mass., Matthew J. Sherman, Succasunna, New Jersey, Kwok N. Yau, New York, Alan Trojan, Wayne, New Jersey, Sharon K. Sputz, Teaneck, New Jersey, and Joseph Farkas, Merrimack, N.H. DEKA Products, Manchester, has been assigned a patent (9,275,193) developed by two co-inventors for a “processing system and method.” The co-inventors are James Dattolo, Somerville, Mass., and Todd A. Ballantyne, Amherst, N.H.  The patent application was filed on Sept. 5, 2008 (12/205,679).
Dartmouth College, Hanover, has been assigned a patent (9,273,283) developed by Charles L. Sentman, West Lebanon, for a “method of producing T cell receptor-deficient T cells expressing a chimeric receptor.” The patent application was filed on April 30, 2012 (13/459,664).


Fujifilm Dimatix, Lebanon, has been assigned a patent (9,272,511) developed by Christoph Menzel, New London, for a “method, apparatus, and system to provide multi-pulse waveforms with meniscus control for droplet ejection.” The patent application was filed on Aug. 13, 2013 (13/966,177).


DEKA Products, Manchester, has been assigned a patent (9,272,082) developed by five co-inventors for a pumping cassette. The co-inventors are Jason A. Demers, Manchester, Michael J. Wilt, Windham, Kevin L. Grant, Litchfield, James D. Dale, Nashua, and Brian D. Tracey, Litchfield, N.H.  The patent application was filed on Sept. 21, 2012 (13/624,460).


FXS Ventures, Salem, has been assigned a patent (9,272,066) developed by Francis X. Smith, Salem, for “ophthalmic and contact lens solutions using choline.” The patent application was filed on Feb. 14, 2014 (14/180,543).


Dartmouth College, Hanover, has been assigned a patent (9,271,789) developed by B. Stuart Trembly, Hanover, for a “method and apparatus utilizing magnetic nanoparticles for sterilizing female placental mammals, including women.” The patent application was filed on July 18, 2013 (13/945,610).
Nuance Communications, Burlington, Mass., has been assigned a patent (9,276,802) developed by three co-inventors for “systems and methods for sharing information between virtual agents.” The co-inventors are Timothy Lynch, North Reading, Mass., Kenneth S.
