Due to complicated legal maneuvering, New Hampshire’s law against “ballot selfies” (taking and posting a photo of your completed ballot, before you deposit it with election officials) is not in effect for the state primary election happening today, so people can click away. I explain the situation in a Concord Monitor story today.

Incidentally I believe I am the first person to use the term “ballot selfie” in print, when I started writing about this issue in 2013 after in arose in Nashua. It’s a pretty obvious term and I’m sure other people had already thought of it and used it, but by sheer happenstance I think I was first past the post. For what it’s worth.
